The office staff treated me professionally from my first call to make the initial appointment and continued to do so even when I had to reschedule two times. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival by a friendly front desk employee. After a very short wait ,I met with Dr Lefkowitz who listened to my issues, and double checked with me to better understand my concerns. He was warm, friendly and professional. He was clear in explaining his prognosis and in explaining my follow up instructions. A few days later I was confused about one item and emailed him. I was happily surprised to receive an email reply from Dr. Lefkowitz himself answering my question.

I have been going to Dr. Lefkowitz since 2012. Any time I needed an urgent appointment (if I was in pain), the office was always able to take me as quickly as possible - my phone call was answered immediately and they were always able to fit me in. I never had to leave messages or wait for them to call me back, etc. When arriving for appointments, Dr. Lefkowitz was always on time. I don't remember waiting more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. When it was eventually time to get foot surgery per Dr. Lefkowitz's recommendation, it was a seamless process. In-office appointments were always able to be scheduled after work if I needed (they have late hours I believe one day a week). The surgery went smoothly and the recovery was as Dr. Lefkowitz described to me, even though a lot of the information I was finding on the internet told me otherwise (which Dr. Lefkowitz and I had openly discussed). This was my first surgery ever so Dr. Lefkowitz was very patient with me in answering all my questions. He even gave me his personal email address afterwards so that I could reach him if any questions popped up. I did eventually need to email him with a question and he responded within a half hour which is very important if you are a constant worrier like me. The office is clean, staff is super friendly (they remember you when you call or when you arrive for your appointment), and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Lefkowitz and fully trust him with my foot care.

I think that Dr. Lefkowictz is wonderful! He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and very professional. I have had numerous issues due to chemo treatments and a back problem, and he has been extremely helpful in alleviating my pain and getting my issues under control. He is always on time - you never have to spend your precious time waiting for him - which I greatly appreciate! His office staff is also fantastic - always friendly, efficient, kind and smiling! I have been a very satisfied patient for about 6 years, and would highly recommend him to anyone who is having any kind of foot issue at all!

They are punctual and greet you with a smile and are always both professional and courteous. I highly recommend the Quality Foot Care practice. Dr. Ken and the staff at Quality Foot Care are awesome. I put off going to the foot doctor for a long time because of a not so great experience with a different provider. I'm so glad I met Dr. Ken. I feel so much better. I actually look forward to my next appointment :) Thanks everyone!
