Most staff are nice. Amy, the receptionist, is quite horrible to deal with. Makes it impossible to follow-up on your care. I feel defeated as it is having to go to such a facility, but the added stress of dealing with such a nasty receptionist only makes it worse. I need to go to this place for care, but have decided I am done with this place. It's not worth the hassle to deal with Amy, the receptionist. I feel more sick having to try to call the place, not knowing the kind of attitude I'll get from her next. :(

I have been going to the RCC since July of 2011. I have found everyone there to be pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to take care of my needs. All the receptionists especially Amy, are very courteous and expedient. If anyone gets a different view of the service, perhaps it is a reflection of their own state of mind while interacting with them.
