The front desk person is very very rude. She did not do what she said over the phone and wasted my working day hour.

I am a patient who is extreamly afraid of the dentist, and It took all I had to even call and schedule an appointment, but this dental office made me feel absolutly at ease from the first time I spoke with someone. The Doctors are amazing, caring, and they treated me like I was family. The office has a cool waiting room set up like a movie theater, and TVs in their ceilings! Awesome practice! Awesome people. Good service and friendly people. But. I had work done that I was told was preapproved an my insurance turned down. They now are sending me bills for the work. I do not feel that there error should be my issue to deal with.

So friendly and inviting... nothing to fear any more!!
