I am not sure who or what kind of people work here. I have only delt with Randa Dunmire, so she is really the only one I can say anything about. This woman, as soon as I got on the phone with her, yelled and screamed at me. I simply called to find out who her superior was so that my husband could file a complaint. This woman made my disabled brother in law sit at the hospital for 6 hours. He was hungry, and needed his pills. Why? She said he needed 302ed. The phyciatrist at the hospital released him, said he didn't need to be there. She told us she has no superior and she is the main boss for this organization.(She lied. I looked her superior up online.) My husband and I have no idea why Randa Dunmire is doing this to my brother in law. He has done nothing to her.
