Dr. Tickner at Family First Vision Center in Lake Ariel, in the Pocono Mountains PA, always goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything! I was trying to get fitted for contacts, before my daughter's wedding this summer, after about 10 years of wearing glasses. I had some difficulty getting used to them, but Dr. Tickner saw me probably half a dozen times, before we got it right. But, we did, finally, get it right, thanks to Dr. Tickner's persistence and patience! And, as far as I know (I have insurance) there was no extra charge for the extra visits. Dr. Tickner wants you to be happy with your vision and your eye health. Now I've been, happily, wearing contacts for about 4 months and I am very happy with the service I received at Family First Vision Center. It's a little off the beaten path, but worth the beautiful drive in the Pocono Mountains, PA.
