When I called to ask if the pharmacy was open I was answered with unintelligible garble, and asked if it was Rite Aid, just to make sure... I was answered with a rather bored-sounding, "Yeah," which didn't impress me much. Then I asked if the pharmacy had (a specific medicine) in the Pharmacy and I got, "WHAT?" in a biting, obnoxious tone... Needless to say I was not happy at all with the manner of the individual's tone of voice or attitude on the phone. Rite Aid, teach your cashiers how to be polite on the phone!
