I saw Cynthia G. Charnetski, O.D. for my eye exam and also to be fitted for a new prescription for my contacts. Whatever she did or didn't do, I couldn't keep a left contact in my eye to save my life. Since I've been wearing contacts for 21 years, I'm sure it wasn't the "user" causing the issue. NEI refused to offer any other accomodations other than to remeasure my eye and reorder the entire box of contacts AT MY EXPENSE! Needless to say, I'm not impressed with their customer service!
