It is the worst place ever. If you want to get good treatment avoid this place. If you take appointment for 10 AM, somebody call you after 10.30AM (if you are lucky) and doctor may come after noon (if you are lucky). They examine you each and every day you go there. Nothing happens. So if you think you value your time and money just stay away from Gentle Dental. They are not gentle.

!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! THEY CONVINCED ME I NEEDED A PROCEDURE THAT I LATER REALIZED I DID NOT NEED, AND QUOTED ME A PRICE THAT "SEEMED" REASONABLE. HOWEVER ONCE THE (IRREVOCABLE) PROCESS WAS STARTED THE PRICE JUMPED MORE THAN $1300 (OUT OF POCKET!) WHEN I VOICED MY CONCERNS THE "OFFICE MANAGER" DISCOUNTED THE PRICE BY $200 (NOT NEARLY ENOUGH)! THE OLD LADY RECEPTIONIST WITH THE JACKED UP EYEBROWS IS RUDE AND THE YOUNG ONE SEEMS LIKE SHE COULDN'T CARE LESS ABOUT BEING THERE. I HAVE HAD TO GO BACK MORE THAN 6 TIMES TO REPAIR THE TEMPORARY CROWNS THAT WERE ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE IN MY MOUTH FOR THREE WEEKS. I AM GOING ON WEEK 6 BECAUSE THEY CRACKED THE PERMANENT PIECE TRYING TO FORCE IT INTO A SPACE THAT IT CLEARLY DID NOT FIT! NOW I HAVE TO TO WAIT AN ADDITIONAL 3 WEEKS FOR THE REPLACEMENT "PERMANENT" PIECE! I AM IN CONSTANT PAIN AND THE DOCTOR REFUSES TO WRITE A SCRIPT FOR ANYTHING STRONGER THAN TYLENOL 3. AND ONLY GAVE ME 8 OF THOSE! DURING THE VISIT THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG WAIT AND WHEN YOU FINALLY GET IN A CHAIR THE DOCTOR IS JUGGLING MULTIPLE PATIENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY , DOING SOME WORK ON THIS ONE THEN MOVING ON TO THE NEXT AND SO ON. OVERALL TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! SIDENOTE: THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM TRYING THIS LOCATION. THE FIRST TIME 5 YEARS AGO, I HAD A TOOTH PULLED THERE ( THE SPACE THE PERMANENT PIECE WOULDN'T FIT IN). THE DENTIST WAS VERY HEAVY HANDED AND ACTUALLY BROKE THE BONE IN THE FLOOR OF MY SINUS CAVITY. I ENDED UP WITH A MASSIVE INFECTION AND WAS ACTUALLY HOSPITALIZED FOR TWO DAYS, WHEN I REPORTED THIS TO THE OFFICE THEY SAID "THESE THINGS HAPPEN OFTEN BECAUSE THAT BONE IS SO THIN." NO APOLOGY, NO REFUND PARTIAL OR OTHERWISE. I SHOULD NEVER HAVE GONE BACK!

DO NOT GO! They are in "up selling" patients. I get my teeth checked and cleaned every six months from a dentist in my neighborhood for 15 years. My insurance changed so I was force to find another dentist for my 6 months cleaning. I went to Gentle Dental because I needed my 6 months cleaning and because of its location. Just as I read in other reviews, the receptionist wasn't friendly. It was 45min before I was called back in the chair. They examined my mouth, the dentist told me that I didn't have any decay(according to my x-rays) however I was advise to get my filling removed because it is too large and I need it replace with a smaller filling and a cap on the one tooth. I was also told I had a cavity on anther tooth that needed fixed. I was removed from the dentist chair and placed in another chair in front of an assistance to show me the charges for the work they wanted to do $800.00 out of pocket. I didn't get it done and was made to make another appointment for my cleaning. A week later I had my cleaning. The hygienist viewed my x-rays and told me that I needed special cleaning on two of my teeth. The cost for that is $400.00 out of pocket. I didn't get that done. The hygienist flossed and polished my teeth that day and said I had nice teeth and then released me from the chair. Don't trust them!!! They make up issues to bill a patients for out of pocket expense.

This office is a nightmare! I waited over an hour each time I went.

I had a great experience. The doctors were very nice to me! My tooth was fixed and the job was done well. It is very easy for me to get there and very convienient. Thanks!
