This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered at a store like this. I stopped in before work to grab a few items: a can of soup and iced tea for lunch, and a new flash drive, as mine has a crack in it and I wanted to transfer files before it breaks completely. So there is nobody within the entire electronics department to help get a flash drive off the security hook, so I just ripped it off myself after 5 mins of searching for a worker. FInally rip it off and head up to the main checkout aisles to pay for my items - by this time I've got about 5 mins left (work across the street), I get up there, and there is ONE checkou aisle open, with about 4 or 5 people with significantly filled carts in line, and not one other employee in sight. Next time I'll just stick with Boyers & Rite Aid for my needs, thanks for nothing.
