Pre care and information was good and the Dr. himself is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff seem like mimmabirds and are very repetitive, so i thought they knew there stuff and I'd rather be more informative ,then not up to pare'. I had many "5" teeth extraction at 8am, they had called that day to ask how i was doing and make sure i was eatting. BY noon I was in a lot of pain couldn't sleep or eat much, forced babyfood down for the calories and to coat my stomach. I was told to eat soft nourishing food to help healing and chew, It was impossible to do with the pain and swelling. I was given a follow up apt for a week out, and they did nothing for me when I called the office many times "during office hours" asking what to do for pain."nothing they said worked" and they were not willing to call me in a stronger med then ibuprofen "which there recommendation of ib. was a less then safe dose! and killed my tummy" after just ripping 5 teeth from my head, they left me miserable. I went to the er and they gave me oxy because the hydro the dentist office pre ordered before surgery day, wasn't helping. The oxy works well and I've been feeling better the last few days and able to rest a little more. I'm not a druggy, just wanted pain control after surgery so I could still function and mother my two children with out being in excruciating pain. So if you like going to the er in the worst pain of your life and explaining that dr. englerts nurse is not calling you in something for pain...sure go here, have fun. Don't say someone didn't try and worn you thought.
