Blackstone Valley Eye Care's quality service has been the best that my family and I have ever received. The staff and physicians at the office are both caring and informative, spending much time in making sure that I received the best assistance possible. There is a special friendliness about everyone which gives the office a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I'm truly grateful for receiving the best service by both staff and physicians, particularly Dr. Michelle Straube. Dr. Straube's understanding and outgoing personality definitely eases any worry before entering an examination.

Dr. Kenyon and his staff are exceptional at customer service and have convenient hours including Saturdays. His staff is knowledgeable and is quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we may have and very helpful handling insurance claims and rebates. I have seen Dr.Kenyon for years and absolutely love going in for my eye exams each year knowing I am going to get the best care. The staff and Dr.Kenyon treat you like part of their team. As soon as you walk through the door , they know exactly who you are ! Pretty impressive considering 9 times out of 10 , the last time they saw you was a year ago .. Their glasses selection is endless and there is barely ever a wait! I would recommend ( and already do ) everyone to go see him !!

After having something in my eye, I decided to go see an eye doctor. In search of a reputable eye doctor, I sought out suggestions on Facebook. Several people recommended Blackstone Valley Eye Care. I was able to get an appointment the same day. The staff was professional, polite, and put me at ease. They removed a piece of metal from my eye and I was on my way in no time. The next day, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call from the office, asking how I was doing. One week later, I returned for an eye exam.
