I went to CVS the other day and bought a bottle of KY lubricant. I was very displeased to get home and open the box to find it was empty. By the time I realized there was nothing in the box the store had closed so I went first thing in the morning to ask for a refund/exchange. The manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful and even though I explained the situation and had my receipt and empty box with me she said she could not do anything to help me. I basically paid $30 for an empty box. I will never shop here again and will be taking my business to the walgreens across the street.
