I saw all the bad reviews. Shame on me for not paying attention. The reason I didn't is because when you go to THEIR website they post their patient reviews which are all very positive (98% of patients are pleased with service etc...) That is so dirty and so fake, when it is proven otherwise from outside reviews. Anyway so I call to be a new patient, myself and my 5&2 y/o. I have to be put on hold because two office workers are bickering. He tells me he needs my SSN# fair enough, then asks for my son's. They say it is policy and that they CANNOT bill our insurance without it. Well we are very familiar with our insurance. It is tricare, and we've been using it for almost a decade. When DOD policy changes, the tricare policy follows suit, and my husband is very familiar with DOD policy. I called back to tell them I've decided not to be a patient, please remove my information, I ask for the office manager to ensure it happens. The receptionist is rude, and before I can say anything she transfers me, to the equally as rude office manager. I was told "It is impossible to bill your insurance without SSN#" Well how would they explain the fact that both my children have been medically treated their entire life, and their SSN has never been given. Tricare's policy numbers used to be the sponsers SSN but they've changed that due to identity protection. PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILDREN, and don't bother with Rude "family" practice.
The last few people got it totally right. The Doctors and most of the nurses are wonderful and professional, but dealing with the people in the front diminishes that. They always sound happiest when they can't help you and irritated when asked to do their job, or show any type of compassion.
I agree with the last statement. The doctor's are helpful and efficient, but some of the nurses have very bad attitudes that make the whole office look bad. However, the majority of the staff is friendly and attentive, it is just a few bad apples that make the entire establishment feel less professional.
The doctors are good, but the people who run the office are terribly rude and inefficient. They have bad attitudes and are very unprofessional.
I agree with the last person. The Doctors are very helpful and efficient.....but when i walk into a Doctors Office i expect to see professional looking and acting workers. The guy who took blood in the lab was dressed like he just walked in off the street and the rest were somewhat dressed for the medical practice they are in but one was wearing a very dirty lab coat .Attitudes were about like the dress of the workers.....some good the rest not so good.Someone PLEASE CLEAN UP THE WORKERS in this doctors office ! I have been going to them for over 20 years but thats about to change.
