Terrible. I have been trying to get an therapy appointment for months now. I went in for an intake about two months ago, only to play phone tag with my assigned therapist (Jennifer Koperli) after she rescheduled our first appt TWICE. I finally was able to get her on the phone today, only to find out that I haven't "contacted them" (I called ten times. I called the front desk, her office, and the intake coordinator) and they wiped off my file completely. Now I they want me to go in again for another intake.
