I took my daughter to Kool Smiles in Greenville and being a Certified Medical Assistance, I was shocked at the filthiness of the rooms. The chair bases were full of dust and dirt. There was dirt and dust all along the baseboards and the overall office was dirty. The dentist that worked on my daughter had a fan with dust balls hanging from the fan cage blowing on him and another fan from the other side while he was working on my daughter. He was very aggressive with the drill and she was in pain during the entire procedure. The assistant was hurting her which I found out afterward by pinching her lip during the entire procedure. I will not return to this location again. I will try a different location. I know not all dentists are the same from my own experience. My daughter is also complaining of pain in her teeth and soreness and swelling in her face and neck. I am hoping this will subside and that bacteria did not get in to the teeth from the dentist being more concerned with himself than with my daughter possibly getting bacteria in her teeth and then him sealing it in there with the fillings.

I took my daughter to Kool smiles,they messed up her filling and in less than two months it began to leak. They refused to fix it under my children's insurance. They wanted to charge me full price for the repair of their work. As a single mother I could not pay for it. I cannot recommend them as a safe pediatric dentist.

I went to Kool Smiles to have a tooth pulled. They accepted my kind of medicade which was a plus. I was nervous at first because im not very good with that kinda of stuff. I was given nitrous oxid and i requested not the have the bubble gun nose cover because the smell made me neusous, but thats what they had for me. during the procedure the oral surgeon started pushing on my tooth before i was completely numb. after the tooth was pulled he told my mother that the forcepts had cut my tounage a little. he sent me home with no pain medicine and upon furth inspection we realized he did not cut my tounage but had shoved the hook through it. i will never EVER go back to Kool Smiles. It was the worst experience i have ever had. we had to call the family doctor to call me in some pain medicine and the next day i had to go see him to get something for swelling . i could not close my mouth all the way and i couldnt even open it enough to take my medicine or even eat.
