I recently was referred to Core Orthopedics for muscle/skeletal and joint pain. They did an MRI and ordered a blood panel. The blood panel was good except for low Vitamin D. After a week I called them to fax me my blood results. One of the nurses said she was concerned about the D levels in the blood. I then went to my primary Dr., he prescribed me with extra D - I already feel much better after less than 1 week. A couple weeks later Core finally called me with the MRI and blood results to say everything is fine....(nothing about the D levels)... go do some physical therapy. After spending thousands of dollars that is the best they can do? The follow up call was pathetic, inaccurate and short. The bottom line... Their expertise was below grade.... If you have an obvious injury they may provide adequate services....otherwise....well you get it....
