Everything about this Wal-Mart is slow....If you plan on getting photos before you die don't go here don't call him to ask if your photos are ready they will not answer the phone. Also don't bother asking for a manager they won't answer the phone either , in short this is got to be one of the worst walmart on the planet ,Walmart Bolivar Tennessee you suck.

This Wal-Mart store is small compared to many I have been to. This isn't a complete downfall since they seem to carry most items but in smaller quantities. Most of the workers there are attentive and will help you when the need arises. I have had qualms though about some of the cashiers who think holding up the lines so their friends/family could run to get another item while the rest of us wait. Then there are those who think having a conversation is more important than the customers waiting in line to be checked out. Like I said, most are very competent and it's just a few who need the lessons in 'doing their job'. I honestly think how the store is run has to do with the management and how they control what's going on with their shift. I had a good experience one shopping day when I went to check out. There was a lady walking around up front who guided me to the 10/20 items or less lane when the other lanes were all full. This to me showed that the person in charge was going above and beyond when doing their job. Now, I'd much rather be doing something else than writing a review for Wal-Mart but this morning when I called the Bolivar Wal-Mart photo department I got no answer. I had a question about their turn around on web sent photos mainly because it's the holidays and I need the photos quick. Well I then called the main number to this Wal-Mart and a lady answered and said the photo person was probably helping out in electronics so she said she would page them and then the line was silent for the next 15 minutes. No one came back to the phone so I hung up and decided to write this review. In my opinion, when a customer calls your store they should be given the same service as a customer standing in front of you. If I were doing one of my 'secret shopping trips' where I was evaluating this store then you would have failed because you didn't care to answer the phone and when you did you left me sitting on hold for 15 minutes. I know I am only one person and Wal-Mart probably doesn't care that I won't be returning to this store to shop for anything in the future but how is local economy supposed to grow if the workers in said store don't do what they are supposed to do? I have called the Walgreens in Corinth, MS and got an answer to my question and will be sending my photos there to be processed today. Thanks Wal-Mart for giving so little back even after I have spent thousands of dollars in your stores.

I have been trying to reach the Bakery Department I called the listed number in Telephone book 658-1571 No answer (Just Ring Ring) I called the listing in Telephone book for the Walmart 658-8998 no answer Just Ring Ring I then look on internet for service for our Wonderful Walmart listing of 658-7794 after several Rings I get transfer to the Bakery to fine out Our Walmart No longer has cakes........ Never Mind Wal- Mart in Bolivar Tennessee I will travel for Better Service's .
