Issue #1 The second time I went I did have a nurse practioner that didn't have the best bedside manner. I don't care if the nurse practioner likes to speak her mind, but telling me to grow up when a throat swab makes me gag...thanks for making me feel better when I'm sick. Issue #2 Their billing company is HORRIBLE! My second visit there I was told I had an outstanding balance, of which I had not received a bill for yet. I paid half while I was in the office and kept the reciept. A day or so after I receive my first bill with a due date a week later. The bottom of the bill states the payment is seriously overdue and I must pay it immediately. I pay the remaining balance as I paid the other half in the office. I sent a copy of the receipt with a written explanation of why I was remitting only half. Four months later now, I just receive the bill for my second visit AND included is the half of the first bill I paid in the office. A little friendly note at the bottom telling me that I will be reported to a credit agency. Perhaps you should have read my letter of explanation the first time and you wouldn't be receiving this bad review. Don't threaten me because you lack the office skills to get a bill out on time, along with a lack of reading skills. I've lost my patience and now you've lost a patient.
