Best Dentist Office EVER! They are always fast, patient, friendly, and professional. The entire staff from the front check in to the hygienist to the Dentist .. I will never go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Some of the people at Blue Ridge Family Dentistry are nice. However if you have any questions about your bill - LOOK OUT! I asked some very specific questions about in network insurance coverage’s prior to my appointment to ensure what would be covered. Needless to say, I was given incorrect information by the staff which appears to be from inexperience. When my bill arrived I questioned some of the charges that I was originally led to believe were covered as well as billing for days I was not even there. I was referred to the person in charge of billing. When I tried to speak with her, she was very rude and unprofessional. She started badgering me and would not let me speak. Every time I would try to talk she would cut me off and tell me that I don’t understand how it works. It was very upsetting. She continued and stated that if I don’t pay the bill, she would turn it over to collections. I have never had to deal with anyone as rude and unprofessional as her, and would not recommend Blue Ridge Family Dentistry mainly because of her actions - It’s not worth the risk and aggravation.

This practice puts an entire new meaning to the term "family dentistry" in the sense that they go above and beyond all expectations to ensure that your care and satisfaction are their top goals. As a result, you will quickly feel like part of "the family." I would recommend them with no hesitation as they are truly one of a kind! Thank you for all that you do!

Blue Ridge Family Dentistry is wonderful. The staff are like family and take very good care of the patients. The new facility is amazing and each dental chair has a TV for you to watch to get your mind off being at the dentist. My kids love watching TV while getting their teeth cleaned. My family would never go to any other dental office.

I am a new patient with BRFD and will be a patient for life. They are pleassant, caring, gentle and accomodating. The facility is new, clean and state of the art. I had a great first visit and look forward to continue to use them for my dental care. Highly recommend!
