I would have recommended Park Med till today. I went to their office 1/12/15, the office was good, I had no problems with the visit. I was diagnosed with ear infections in both ears, the doctor gave me a prescription. I was good until Monday night when I tried to sleep, the pain kept me up all night. I called first thing Tuesday morning and left a message with the person that answered the phone, requesting numbing drops for my ears. I have not heard from them since. I called back around 5:30 Tuesday evening and was told it might be another 24 or 48 hours before I heard anything. This is unacceptable. I will not use them again. They give you a survey to fill out when you first come in, they need to give it too after your are seen. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER go to Park Med Urgent Care in Oak Ridge! They have the most horrific customer service! The nurses and front desk staff are terrible, unhappy, unfriendly and incompetent! This is a group of women that are so inept at their jobs that it took them 4 days to call me with my test results. I called several times throughout the four days asking to simply be read my results, each time I was informed that they were simply "too busy" to find anyone to tell me my results. On day 4 at 5:30 pm they finally called to tell me the results that had been sitting in the office. I then asked for the records to be sent to my primary care physician. My primary care physician called asking for the records and was denied. I sent over approval paperwork asking for the records to be sent and was still denied. I finally had to go into my primary care physician and fill out separate paperwork demanding the records. This was a complete waste of time, stress and money. Heed my advise and NEVER use this "care" facility. They DO NOT care for patients. This is a horrible place!

Do not think they can properly treat ANYONE. Dr Osesh is completly Looney wants you do carry some kind of salt in a bag and take althoghout the day. Kids would be busted for drugs at school is they followed his advise. Stay AWAY!!!!

Been there twice both times I walked in with no appointment and was seen quickly. The doctors were professional and accurate withe their diagnosis and treatment. Will be going back.

A HUGE waste of money. When you tell them you have a large deductible and cant afford a lot of tests, the Nurse Practitioner orders as many expensive tests she can think of, then will refuse to renew any prescriptions for you until you have them done. Even if all the tests are normal, she will hit you again every 6 months for the same expensive tests. Horrible chip on her shoulder. I think they get kickbacks for all the business they provide to Quest labs. Don't go there if you want to be treated like a human being...
