I have shopped at different stores in the Knoxville area. Ingles Markets is by far the best. Their produce is fresh and delicious. The Starbucks inside is amazing and since the carts have cup holders you can travel the store and shop with ease. The Meat department at this Ingles is AMAZING. I will not buy meat from any other grocery store after getting "the best meat in town"!! Their staff is always friendly and ready to help and unlike other stores there are tons of cash registers open ready to get you checked out and on your way. Also, the boarshead meat selections in the deli are unbelievable. They have a fresh sub sandwich deal every day of the week and you can get any meat and cheese combo you like. If you like convenience and exceptional products find your nearest INGLES! Meat and Seafood A+ Deli A+ Staff A+ Produce A+ All around a great experience.

Cashier Tia act like she is giving customer favor instead of doing her job. no hello, no thank you. At least basic politness would be enough, but I guess she didn't feel that way.

I shop in a few local supermarkets. I use this one the most. Its closeness to my home is a factor, but the main reasons are that it is a very big store, with a wide choice among brands, a wide variety of products, and aisles wide enough to allow small families to pass each other without colliding. The cashiers and packers are always cheerful, friendly, and helpful. Yes, I have mentioned this to management a few times. :) The fact that there are gas pumps on-site AND I get cents off on almost every gallon I buy, are also plusses. Beyond that, most often I am spending gift cards purchased through my Parish, in an ongoing Corporal Works of Mercy fund-raiser, so 5% of everything I spend goes to our charitable works.

I had my 1st flu shot in years at this pharmacy. I was so impressed w/ kindness & caring my pharmacist displayed. He's quite pleasant to look at too which took the sting out of the flu shot!!!

A huge store with everything you could ever want!
