This Fred's is a new adventure into chaos everytime you go in. The store is in disarray, the staff are clueless, it's truly the saddest store you will ever shop in but, what a comedic show if all you want is a GOOD laugh.. Watching them trying to do something as simple as ring customers up is a show in itself. Made a comment on their website (which they ask you to do) and the very first thing I got was a denial by a overinflated but equally as comical district manager. Instead of accepting the criticism and trying to improve, he got defensive and went directly into denial mode. The pathetic shape this store is in is PLAIN to see in the first ten to twenty feet of the front door. There are soooooo many other discount stores in the area, unless your looking for a good laugh do yourself a favor and visit one of those....
