Went for a consultation a few months ago and was very impressed. Dr. Ponder-Terry took her time to explain everything to me and put me at ease. She went over all the options that were available to me in a meticulous manner. Her staff was very welcoming and professional which is a rare commodity now a days. The office has a contemporary professional look to it which has a relaxing feeling to it. Would highly recommend Dr. Ponder-Terry!

From the moment we walked in the door, we were met with professionalism. Everything we have experienced has been excellent, including: explanations of dental problems, detailed care plan, accurate estimate of cost, e-mail reminders of our appointments, and recommendations for follow up treatments. The kindness and care we have received from your staff has been superior. We highly recommend you and your staff to everyone in need of braces.

My experience with Dr. Ponder-Terry and her staff has been wonderful! I have three boys and all of them were in need of braces. Dr. Ponder-Terry's took the time to provide a free comprehensive evaluation of each child's needs. Dr. Ponder-Terry and her staff also explained the boys' insurance benefits coverage, special family discounts, and a payment plan that would allow me to fit the cost of their braces in our family budget. Dr. Ponder-Terry's staff members are excellent with children! They are caring, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My boys always look forward to follow-up appointment!

I have had braces before and was hesitant about getting orthodontic treatment again. But upon having my consultation with Dr Terry and her staff, I felt very comfortable, confident, and well treated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I went to get one thing, and in the end, I was given addition services, without knowing, and was then told i needed to pay $500 extra on top of what i already paid, for those addition services! Not only was I upset about that, but I was treated with the most disrespectful attitude from Dr. Terrys assistant! Dr Terry herself is a sweet caring person.. But I have never left a dr appt so upset in my life! I was totally taken advantage of, and was treated horribly along the way! TREAT YOUR PATIENTS THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED @ A DR OFFICE!
