Very nice, hi-tech office! Absolutely love their decor. It's so cute inside! Took my kids there for the first time and they loved Dr. D. They usually don't like going to the doctor's office but they really liked picking out glasses and trying them on. We literally tried on ALL the kids' frames but Dr. D and her staff were very patient and we were all having fun. The kids ended up with Ray Bans which I thought were going to be expensive but I really didn't have to pay much out of pocket after insurance. It was great because I remember paying WAYYYY more at another place in town. AWESOME...!

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in about 3 years and finally my glasses broke. So with work and other day to day activities, I didn't want to drive too far for an eye appointment. So after a quick search, I found Optimeyes and having them so close to my location was a huge selling point for me. The reviews were fantastic to I decided to book an appointment, and that process was easy as they asked a few basic questions and had me fill out an online application on their website. I set my appointment for the next day and was greeted by a warm, corteous, professional staff. Dr. D was incredibly nice and broke down the importance of regular eye exams, contacts vs frames, etc. My actual eye exam took no longer than 20 minutes in total and then I picked out my frames which they had a large selection to choose from. I ended up choosing Ray-Bans (can't go wrong with them) and through my insurance, I ended up paying less than I thought I would which is always a plus. Even better, they said the frames would take 7 to 10 business days but I got them in 3 so that was fantastic. Lastly, I would recommend Dr. D and her staff to anybody who needs an eye doctor who both knows her craft, and can easily explain the technical side of things as well.

Dr. D is the best! She caters to every patient's needs and requests. I recommend her to all of my friends and family, I've never had such a stellar experience with an eye doctor!

Great overall experience from start to finish. I had an early appointment and was a littler nervous about getting out in time since i had work in the afternoon (u know how doctor offices normally make u wait all day like you have nothing better to do). I had my exam, on time. Was able to find a greart pair of glasses. I dont have insurance so i was pleasantly surprised by the frame selection and cost. I made it out in time for work, cant wait to pick up my new specs!

Hello everyone... just wanted to tell you all about my experience with Dr. Doungphila. I wear contacts and glasses and needed to get both since Im a contact abuser and wear my contact overnight for days on end. I was thoroughly asked about my contact use/habits and given the best recommendation ever! Dr. D upgraded me to a more breathable set that I can wear over night which have made my eyes feel much better. I was also was able to get a fresh set of daily use glasses and a sweet pair of sunglasses. She had a nice selection of designer brands and had both of mine ready with the quickness! She did a great job taking the time to explain the importance of taking my contacts off and the importance of giving my eyes time to rest. Id highly recommend to anyone who can appreciate a doctor who truly cares about her patients' eyes' well being.
