I would not recommend this place. The only reason I come here is because they r open on weekends n till 7 during the week. They work with me as far as a pay plan n it's down the st from me. But if u like terrible service and long waits, even I u have an appt, then come here.

Years ago I was a patient at All American Smiles and I absoutly hated them because the doctor would hurt me everytime giving me shots and he didn't even show concern or anything. I went today because I needed a tooth pulled and they were affordable for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was also a walk-in appt. What I really appreciated more than anything was the doctor himself. It's been awhile since I've been to the dentist so I was scared. Like a baby, I started crying and the doctor was so concerned and immediately offered me laughing gas at no charge. He even wiped my tears away. What an amazing man. Because of him, I will be coming back for his services.

I will never go back to this facility, before I went I called and ask " how much they charged for their office visit & extraction of my wisdom tooth"? The person who answered my call told me it was going to be 212.00 dls. When I arrived at their facility I asked the same question and the young man told me the same price, but when I was in there the dentist assistant told me I had to pay an additional 199.00 dls for extraction of my wisdom tooth, I was in terrible pain. Apparently they gave me wrong information, I didn't have an additional 199.00 dls so I left with my pain.

When I called, I already knew my son had cavitites and told them I was looking for a pedodontist that used sedation. So, they set the appt. after waiting almost an hr to be seen, I waited another hour to actually see the dentist for them to tell me, "yep, he has cavities." I told them I wanted sedation, but they said they would have to refer me out! i was like WTF?!?! Thats the ONLY reason I came here! There was trash around his dental chair from a previous patient and coke and candy machines in the lobby. What kind of dentist is this?!?!?!

I took my 3 year old son to get his exam . When the Dr. Randy Obrian looked at him he didnt even look in his mouth. He just took one look at my son ,turned around and said im done as he walked off. I felt he was paid for his services so he should of performed his job. I wish I knew how to report him.
