This is the worse walmart i have ever been to. The customer service is down horrible. Something hase to bee done the employees here give walmart a bad name

Great for those of you that want to make it on the yearly people of walmart photos! Other than that, you will just be pissed off going in there... Place is filthy, ZERO customer service, and good luck checking out with 1 of the 5 (if your lucky) open registers! Pretty ridiculous for any company that PROFITS $34,880 PER MINUTE 24HRS DAY YEAR ROUND to have such a horribly long wait just to give them even more money!!! F&%$ that place... go to Target where they are happy to help you and have plenty of registers open, and if there ever does become a line they will immediately open more registers! (They will price match walmart too!)

Very, very poor customer service from ONE specific associate(Denette or something like that) in the bill pay department. I went in to pay a bill, which I have done several times in the past, and she stated that I could'nt pay it there without a copy of the bill. I informed her that all of my information is in the system and you do not need a paper copy of the bill. All you need is your account number. I went on to tell her that I come in every month to pay and have never had to provide a copy of the bill. She got very rude and said No you can not. I provided her with receipts showing that I've paid it like that before. She threw the receipts back at me and refused to take my payment. Just as left and got a manager, the NICE, NICE lady whom is normally there came from back from break and I explained everything to them. They both went in and took my payment without any problems. Denette or whatever her name is never got up from her chair when I was trying to get service. As long as I have been coming in I have never seen the NICE lady sitting down. That says something in itself. Before the manager could finish taking my payment Ms Denette finally got up out of her chair and stormed off mumbling. So not only is she rude to customers, she has no respect for her supervisors.

Customer service is garbage just like every where else in baytown. If they could at least tell you the truth instead of talking out of their poopers I think it would be one star better.

This is one of the most disturbing Walmart stores I have ever been to. I would not recommend anyone shopping , or under any circumstance using the Pharmacy that is in the store. The shopping section itself is chaotic and down right dirty. The Pharmacy lost my prescriptions not once , not twice, but four times in eight months. The bathrooms are in a constant state of disarray and in need of major attention. Avoid this place if possible.
