It is a nice store but is getting old since they opened the store. They haven't painted the outside of the building and it always looks dirty outside. It is a great location but it will be nice to keep the store nice and clean from inside and outside since it is in corner and by busy location. I also think the customer service is going down too. The other stores look nice and clean but this CVS looks trashy and dirty and has been like that for several years.

I don't think cvs cares about customer service. I had a bad experience, called to let the store manager know, and yet yes, she said she'd take care of the situation but seemed quick to get off the phone with me and annoyed.
