I advised the Dr. James and scheduling that dates were very important to me and that without a specific range of dates I would need to go somewhere else. I was assured that all my appointments and procedures would be taken care of within the necessary timeframe. The evening before my appointment after my MRI , I received a phone call advising there had been an error in scheduling “no apologies”. I am now stuck; I have been given “ maybe” type of appointments that have not worked out. I unfortunately do not have another 3 weeks free to try and get my procedure taken care of. I have never been so disappointed in a medical facility. Unfortunately it has proven to be a total waste of money and time.
