Bad front desk customer service. I called the Montwood location to see if they had received a toy from there Toy Book and asked if they could check the system to see which store had it. All she said "we didn't get one today in the truck and no one else have one". I just called McRae store and they have one. UGHHHHHH!!!!!!!

Dirty, disgusting store. There was urine on the floor by the baby items, and the entire place looks disheveled and as though no one has ever bothered to clean or organize the store. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to check out as well. If I wasn't given a gift card for there I never would have gone... I will never shop there again.
