I've used this pharmacy for over a year so I don't know if this Walgreens is under new management, I hit a terrible shift or what, but I have not really had a problem with them until today. I will not be using this pharmacy again. The girls working there are extremely rude, I was told my prescription would be ready within an hour and when I went to pick it up I was informed it couldn't be filled until tomorrow.. wtf?! I should have been informed of this change immediately, considering what I was told- as well as the utmost inconvenience they caused me today. Don't know what happened, but go on over to Rockwall- it takes just as long and the customer service doesn't SUCK

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen. This goes for about any WALGREEN PHARAMACY I have visited. If you want service go to CVS.

The pharmacy is terrible at this location. I dropped off a prescription at 3:30 and was told it would be ready by 5:30. When I came back at 5:30 to pick it up, they told me it hand't been filled yet but would be ready in 20 minutes. I went home, waited an hour so as to give them plenty of time to get it filled, and on my way back up there I received a text message saying my prescription still wasn't ready! At this point I decided to have my prescription filled somewhere else, so I went there to get my prescription back. When the pharmacist gave me back my prescription they told me that they didn't have the supply to fill my order and that next time I should ask if they do. Not only did they waste three hours of my time, the want me to do their job for them!
