Dr. Nguyen is a top notch dentist! He and his staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. If you are looking for a professional and caring family dental office look no further and give them a call you won't regret it!!!

Dr. Nguyen is the nicest Dentist I've seen, he takes pride in is practice and cares about his patients. Every time I have an appointment I am greeted with an hello and a smile, and they always get me right in. The best Dentist I've had in a long time, I will never change.

This dental is by far the worse place or perhaps it was just Dr. Mark Nguyen! One of the most unpleasant Dr I've ever met and you wonder to yourself how did this guy make it through dental school with that type of attitude! A doctor who is not professional, how does one make it?! I took my little girl there the assistant walked us to the room; sat and waited for a bit. This guy walks in doesn't greet you doesn't acknowledge you before he get started. He didn't do a thorough exam, he asked what she needs. I said possible fill and extraction. Ok, your Medicaid don't cover extractions. I do fill, didn't bother to ask me to pay for it. No talking to the kid to ease her into it. He just inject her w/o even looking closely into her mouth to find the right spot. He pretty much inject her with eyes closed if you asked me! My daughter screamed bloody murder and cried in so much pain! She's been injected before by a different doctor and didn't make a peep. I was furious! She was in so much pain, I told him she's not gonna let him proceed, just forget it. We left! A mother's regret of taking her baby to one of the worse doctor out there. Shoot, I wouldn't even call him a doctor! He needs to be removed from that field of work b/c he clearly doesn't know what he's doing! Non-professional! It's like taking someone off the streets and letting them inject you! Watch-out! Do not go there! There are plenty of great doctors out there and he ain't one! Trust-me! Especially if you are bringing your child there. Please-please don't!

I called to make an appointment and described that I had severe dental anixety and would need nitrous oxide for cleaning. They said that they could do this for me. I gave them my insurance information. Several days before my appointment, the appt. was verified and I reminded them of the gas and I asked them if I would need any money up front. They said NO!, I get there to the office, fill out paper work. They call me back, sit me in the dental chair, put the bib on me, ask me questions, I continue to tell them that I need to get the gas quickly before I start to panic. The doctor comes in (doesn't introduce himself), I ask for gas again, the nurse says, "I'm going to go turn on the nitrous oxide and I'll be back in a minute". I sat there for at least 5-6 minutes with tears running down my face and the anxiety starting to rise. Finally, the office person comes in and says that my insurance won't pay for the gas and I need to pay $50,00. Here I am crying....she doesn't care, the dentist, doesn't care and I said NO, I will just go somewhere else. It wouldn't have been so bad, but I had ASKED prior to coming here and I had told them my issue with anxiety. THEY DIDN'T CARE!!!! I have the $50.00 but they are an insensitive BEACH DENTAL led by an insensitive DENTIST that will never get my business and I will do what I can to prevent anyone else with dental anxiety not to go through what I did.

I usually hate going to the dentist, so I haven't been in years. I had a toothache and I drive by this office all of the time, and I stopped in as a 'walk-in'. I walked in, and all my information was taken and I was seen in the back within 20 min. The girls in the front were very nice and welcoming and were wearing their smiles (which is what you would expect from a dentist's office). They took me back and reassured me that there was nothing to be afraid of and that they would take care of everything. Everyone there made me feel very comfortable, and I have recommended Dr. Nguyen and his staff to everyone!
