Horrible! I went there to get some ear drops for swimmers ear. I gave them all my information including my insurance. I have PPO. When I was leaving I was told that I have to pay $211 right there or they will send it to the insurance and it will cost me over $300. I looked at them confused. Then I was told that they don't have a contract with Blue cross. I asked them why did they take my insurance information and never told me that they won't accept it. Bunch of crooks! I will never visit them again if I were you I'd find a different place. I paid the bill and left. I can't wait to see the out of business sign on the door. BTW the 5 star reviews were not done by real patients. Look at their name.

I bought my brother here to get his stitches removed. We literally were in the lobby for less than 2 minutes. The removal was much shorter than expected, as well. Chandra, at the front desk, was so sweet and inviting. Dr. Burns was even better! I live about 15 minutes away, and pass many emergency centers on the way, but I have and will always choose the drive to E-Care. Thanks E-Care! You never disappoint!

This place used be urgent care center. Now they will bill at emergency rate as much as possible, even just a flu. I will visit my doctor on week day. Go to Care-Now on weekend. Go to hospital for true emergency situation.

I took my son here after a playground accident because it was the closest ER facility. Everyone was really nice and caring toward my son. There was no wait, we were seen right away. (This alone is worth 5 stars to me!) The doctor was very knowledgable and I appreciated that after care instructions were provided to me in writing. All the staff, including the office staff who greeted us, the nurses, doctors and assistants, were amazing and very sweet to my son. We will definitely come back here whenever emergency care is needed.

Avoid if you can because of for billing charges. $260 to swab for strep throat.& 614.00 just to walk in the door. That is the balance after insurance. That is robbery!
