I like the friendliness of his staff and the wide selection of glasses. The location is very convenient and the wait is never long. I've always had a good experience at Lakeway Eye Center. Dr. Wally takes good care of you, explains your eye health, and spends that time that he needs to with you. I've never felt rushed or like a number there. If your glasses need adjusting and you bought them from there, they're happy to make sure everything is fitting right. I will say that if you didn't buy your frames from there though, they won't work on them. Slight downside to that, but I can understand why they do it.
