This is one of the nicest and most beautiful Wal-Mart stores I have ever been to! It's floors are so nice and they keep the entire store picked up and tidy! They have some of the nicest employees, also. Whenever I ask for help, they are cheerful when they assist me. Even when I call, the ladies who answer the Store Info line are always cheerful. Out of all of the Wal-Mart stores in Lubbock, I absolutely refuse to shop at any of them besides this one, the one on 82nd and Milwaukee! ...Just one last note, they have well-kept produce. Bravo!

Managers need to pay attention to the back of the store. Employee was busy texting, and several times I went to electronics and the employess were chating and not paying attention to customers.

when i go shopping at that store i trully enjoy it. but i see customers rude to the employees.

We took pictures out to the lab on a USB memory stick. The machine was broken so we had to find someone to fix it. After waiting the guy said the pictures would be ready the next morning. We called the next morning and the woman said the pictures were printed but they couldn't find them so they were going to print them again and I could pick them up in a half an hour. 45 minutes later I got a call from someone else saying they wouldn't be ready for two more days....30 4X6 pictures shouldn't be so intense and I'd rather be told the first time whats going on.
