Scheduled an appointment for my daughter a 5 days prior to the actual appointment. My daughter was unable to make the appointment so I went instead for myself. However, when I arrived at the location and gave my daughters name.. I was told they did not have her name in the system as scheduled. So after I printed out all of there information that I was told to print and complete prior to the appointment and if I had taken my daughter to the appointment I would of had to pull her out of school early only to arrive and be told she would not be seen today because she was taken off the schedule and I was not contacted of this change. Very Bad Business Practice and a waste of my time. I don't know what type of services they offered because they ruined my opportunity to try them out because of there poor customer service and lack of follow-up especially when there is a possibility you could be charged for not making your scheduled appointment and not calling to cancel or reschedule. As a busy mother of six it is my top priority to have a doctors office that gives me convenient appointments, is efficient with our time in the office and makes my children feel comfortable as a patient. This is exactly what I have experienced at Packard Family Orthodontics. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming to my son and daughter who recently received braces from Dr. Packard. I have been able to make appointments that fit my family's busy schedule and receive updates and reminders for appointments. This helps me feel connected to the staff and helps me manage our schedule. I feel like our time in the office is well spent with a minimal wait time. This is a huge plus for me. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Dr. Packard and his staff at Packard Family Orthodontics for their orthodontic needs.

If your considering orthodontic treatment, may I suggested Packard Family Orthodontics. We went to Packard Family Orthodontics for a second opinion and are so happy we did. Our son had a really bad over bit and we were told he would need jaw surgery--something we wanted to avoid if it were possible. With a special head gear and careful monitoring by Dr. Packard his over bit is no longer a problem and he is making great progress with is treatment. Dr. Packard and his staff are family friendly and love their patients. As soon as you walk through their doors you are immediately greeted by their friendly staff. Their staff is very helpful and always polite--they truly care about their patients.

I was referred to Dr. Packard by a friend from church. She and her daughter both had gotten braces from Dr. Packard and were very happy with the results. I live in Sherman, about 45 minutes from Packard Family Orthodontics, and wasn't sure I wanted to drive that far for each visit. I checked prices from two local orthodontists and they were way more expensive than Dr. Packard. I knew Dr. Packard was good because I had seen the results with my friend's teeth, and now I knew he was way more reasonably priced. I did get braces from Dr. Packard and am so glad I did. He did an excellent job! I have had them off now for a year and am loving my smile! I am in my late fifties, so it's never too late to improve your smile. Dr. Packard, Debbie, Sandi, and all of the staff at Packard Family Orthodontics are friendly, professional, and will make you feel at home. I highly recommend Packard Family Orthodontics for everyone in the family, no matter the age.

After years of hearing how wonderful Dr. Packard's office was from my friend Charlotte, I knew that we had to bring my son for his braces. They have been so friendly and kind over the last 2 years. My son has been thankful for the gentle adjustments over the years. Thanks for being so awesome!
