I am very upset and fed up with this place! My soon to be husband went there a month ago to get new glasses. Everything seemed fine however he has NOT received his glasses and we are STILL waiting! He wanted new glasses for our wedding and at this rate he's not going to. He was guaranteed that his glasses would be ready in a week to a week and a half MAX. Its already a month and we call everyday and they just apologize for the inconvenience. We don't want an apology we just want the damn glasses!! Then they said the frames were on a back order and they were waiting on that but they never told him. I wish they would have kept him up to date on his glasses status. Our wedding is already next week and I just want him to get his money back and take his business elsewhere! Funny how they were quick to take his money, but not as quick to get him his glasses!

After moving to New Braunfels I was looking for a new eye doctor. With my insurance all I have to pay is a copay, so I wanted the best for my money. After looking around I decided to try Dr.Albright at Albright Eyecare. When I first visited I was blown away. They have easily the nicest office buidling I have ever seen. It was so clean and professional looking I couldn't believe that just one doctor was at the location. Then when I met Dr.Albright I understood why. The nicest and most attentive doctor I have ever been too. He even prescribed me some eye drops for allergys that I have had since moving to Texas. Needless to say, I will be going to Dr.Albright each year. It's good to know your getting the best eyecare possible.
