The office was very clean. The whole staff were very nice. The exam was very good. They did an excellent job. The Dr explained everything. Just waiting on my glasses so I can see better.

The only reason they are getting 1 star is because on my initial visit they were very nice and the office is very clean. After ordering my glasses i was told they would be in in about 5 days. 3 weeks later i called to see where my glasses were and THEN i was told the frames were on back order. I then started getting the old "they will be in tomorrow" Speil for the next three weeks. When my glasses were ready i came in to pick them up and when i put them on i could see beautifully all the way across the parking lot...... I however could not read a sign on the wall 2 ft away. When i told them something was wrong, i cant see close up i was told by the staff " you did not order lenses to see up close, you only ordered distance lenses" I was shocked first of all that they were so rude and unprofessional, second at the fact that their Dr had examined my eyes, asked what my profession was ( i am on the computer all day) written my prescription and not specified that i needed bi-focals. When i asked to speak with the DR she told me that i was supposed to ask for bi-focals when ordering my lenses so that the person ordering them would know. When i exlained to her that i felt that since SHE is the DR.... and SHE was paid to do my exam... that SHE should have discussed bi-focals with me at the time of my exam and written my precription accordingly, her response was to ask me how old i was. When i told her I am 47 she said.... " so it's not about the glasses, it,s a birthday thing" To sum it all up..... RUDE DR AND STAFF, UNPROFESSIONAL DR AND STAFF.... THEY COULD ALL USE A REFRESHER COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE..... I had to re-order the correct lenses at additional cost to me. NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Dr Wiggins and her staff were a pleasure to work with. Office is clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Andrea helped me pick out a frame I love! Will recommend you to family and friends
