The actual dental procedure was great. Their modern equipment and new procedures made the experience uneventful. BUT-their communication and professionalism in returning ANY phone calls absolutely SUCKS. I was over billed and tried to correct the matter. And, after 4 phone calls ( with no reply from Westpointe staff ) they over billed my checking account over $900 AT X-MAS time !!!!
