Four and 1/2 year treatment plan with the doctor. First year I had 2 palatal expanders(one for upper/lower) that widened my jaw and face and after that I received my braces and the second half of my treatment. Before ANY treatment at all I had a somewhat small jaw/face structure and I had 2 lower front teeth in the back and one front upper tooth also in the back(in my actual palate). With hard work from both mine and the doctor's end and all of his amazing assistants we got all my teeth back in their correct positions and my face fuller appearing as well as my cheek bones prominent unlike before. This doctor has changed my life and the way I view my smile and I can now smile in confidence and attractiveness rather than always worrying that people will be looking at my messed up teeth in the back of my mouth. Throughout the entire treatment process the doctor was very flexible in options and understanding with my points of view and questions in certain situations. He did the best he could to completely and clearly explain all I needed to know as well as his assistants being surprisingly gentle and almost as informative as the doctor himself. All around amazing experience and I would recommend this doctor to anybody. Him and his staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. He is truely the best in the state of Texas. I cant believe the results. He tackled my VERY messed up teeth and gave me a perfect smile that I can show the world. Thank you Dr. Mireles!!!

Love, love, love my Orthodontist. Sweetest, most professional man. I got my braces off one month ago and truly miss my regular appointments. The staff was like family to me. Great office, love the fact that I was able to visit either of the two locations and the same friendly staff was at both locations. Thanks for the great job you did Dr. Mireles, I can't stop smiling!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL... I would recommend this office to everyone that needs orthodontic treatment. I actually shopped around prior to getting my braces on 2 and a half years ago and nothing compared to the presentation and detail your office had to offer. Thanks guys cant wait to come back for my follow up!!!!!

Love Dr. Mireles and his staff at Alamo Orthodontic. Been a patient for over 6 months and my smile is already better than it has ever been. My underbite is being corrected and I can smile and love having my teeth showing in a picture for the first time in my life. Love the staff too, you can tell love working there. Wish my job was that fun :)

Terrible Orthodontist. Created gaps in my teeth after the removal of the braces and wanted to charge extra to close them. If you have other choices to go to, choose them and save your time and money. The women he has working up front are very rude too.....HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Everybody here was always welcoming and friendly. Always enjoyed my visits here. Very happy with how my teeth came out. Would recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
