I would not recommend this clinic. Took my son there after trauma to his nose. Doctor was playing a game on the computer when we walked into the room. They looked at his nose, did a xray of his nose. They never called with the results-I had to call back. They said it was not broken. Two weeks later we took him to an ENT who said it was broken. ENT told us they should not have xrayed-as it is too difficult to tell if nose was broken when it was swollen. Waste of money!! Also, every time I tried to call to PAY the bill I was put on hold for 5-7 minutes! Ridiculous!

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Visited them yesterday after suffering severe abdominal pain for the previous two days. Although no one was in the waiting room, I still waited for 30 minutes before making it back to a room. Once the doctor finally saw me he said we are going to take and xray and draw some blood to check for infections. I preceded to wait 45 minutes before the doctor came back in the room to tell me that there machine for blood work was not working. He then told me not to worry, so I figured that my xray must show something for him to have been so confident in my blood work being irrelevant. He than said, and I quote " you seem like maybe you might be a little backed up" I said maybe? He told me it's probably nothing and to keep doing what I am doing. I told him I had been taking laxatives to no effect and requested something of prescription strength to get thinks moving, he refused and said it was unnecessary. Thinking that doesn't make sense but I figured I'll just go home and double the dose of what I was already taking. I then said since it seems like nothing will be changing for a day or two, I could really use a day or two's worth of something to help me get some sleep while I'm dealing with the cramps etc. Because I keep waking up at night due to them. Not seeking pain medication, or any form of narcotic, just something other than a benedryl to help me get some rest. He refused yet again, saying we don't want to do anything to mask the pain... which makes no sense because I am at my MAX level of pain already and clearly there's nothing he was willing to do to actually fix the problem, plus the fact that I wasn't even looking for a pain medication I was looking for something to get a good night rest, therefore not masking any pain to begin with. I left the office in the same condition I came in, with no answers and no form of relief. The only thing you will get at doctors express in an incompetent doctor, with no compassion, and no respect. STAY AWAY. I will be going to the hospital and pending the outcome may potentially file a malpractice suit against this doctor. - I will say the female nurse was extremely nice, and sweet. It's a shame such a good woman is working there.

Even with a scheduled appointment it was a terribly long wait. Unprofessional staff, insurance and prescription issues. Will not be going back there again.

This definitely gave meaning to the "bottom" of the medical class. A very unprofessional and unengaged staff. Next time we will endure the wait for Care Now.

A great urgent care clinic that's conveniently located near the DFW airport. I was unfortunate in having to make a couple of cross-country flights with an infected wound. But I was fortunate in finding Doctors Express in Southlake, Texas. The staff got me in quickly and the doctor I saw was very quick and professional in repacking the wound & answering all my questions about follow-up care. The charge for the visit was very reasonable and quoted to me upfront with no surprises. The owner of the clinic was there and seems to be very hands-on with his business which is probably why it operates so smoothly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who lives in the Ft Worth area or even those just passing through who need a great clinic with nice doctors and staff.
