What a great group of professionals. Everyone is always friendly and fun and on time! My kids have asked me when is the next time they GET to go to the dentist....of course my kids are a little crazy...but this says a lot about the entire group. Keep up the great work FDG!

What a pleasant experience! I was beyond pleased with my first appointment here. Every staff member that I encountered was exceptionally friendly and genuinely seemed to love their jobs and helping people. Everyone was so efficient and thorough. I was happy to see that the paperwork that I filled out was actually looked at and the assistant asked me about each and every issue I had written down. They also offered me two tests I've never been offered at other dentist offices, including an oral cancer screening. Their techniques and equipment was state-of-the-art and when it came to getting my filling, Dr. Fossum and his assistant worked so efficiently together and had me out of there in a matter of minutes. This was definitely the BEST procedure I've ever had at a dentist office!

I called in and they said sure come on in , being the chicken that i am the staff was very comforting and made me feel relaxed. Dr Fossum was friendly and was able to take care of my painful tooth.On the other hand his billing lady was so blunt , and didn't budge to help at all I guess her job is to be dry and to the point that was the only ugly attitude i had during my visit there , Lady have a heart at least pretend that you will try or ask the doctor maybe he will be a bit compassionate to people with no dental coverage. Hope this helps. The lady at the front desk was wonderful, and the young man that assist the doc was great too, very sweet.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff at Dr. Fossum's office. They always seem happy to help you with your dental needs and make the experience very comfortable. I have been going there for over a year and now my fiance has started going there too. I would recommend Dr. Fossum to anyone looking for a great, trustworthy dentist.
