Dr. Potter is a wonderful dentist. He has a soothing manner, and his many years of experience shows in how quickly and effectively (and painlessly!) he can remove a tooth. This means a lot to me, as I have anxiety issues. He is the first dentist I didn't need to be medicated for. His front desk personnel are awesome. Definitely the first office I have called, where they will give you prices up front. This is nice, because I don't have insurance, and I need to know how much money I need before I go. They'll also help you apply for financing if you need it. His assistants are nice, and very informative. I've not left with a question unanswered. They're also very organized, and pretty handy with the suction. I've spent a lot of time in a dentist chair, and believe me, it's nice when they suction out the crud from the work without taking your tongue or cheek with it. My only issue is his availability isn't always promised. There are some days he is not there when his office is supposed to be open. But as for him as a dentist, I would definitely recommend him, especially if you have anxiety, or have a low pain tolerance.
