I had a completely different experience than Karen (below). My appts. have been with Dr. Schnecker and he is the best dentist I've seen. I'm never left waiting in the waiting room more than 10 minutes. The office schedules appts. during early morning and evening hours so I don't have to miss work or rearrange my schedule. He is thorough and always takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing or what problems he might be seeing. When it was looking like I may need to see an oral surgeon for some gum recession, he referred me to a specific doctor in my insurance network. His hygienist was sensitive with my cleaning and when I expressed discomfort she lightened up or changed methods. She also offered to split my cleaning into two sessions to make it easier on me, if I preferred to do that.

I went for a check up and was told that I had 4 cavities - however I never felt them or they never hurt so I was a little worried that maybe they were just trying to squeeze out money. However, I went back and they showed me the cavity so I agreed to let them fill it. A week after the two fillings I had really bad pain anytime I would eat something hot or cold. I went back and he filed them down and said I would feel 100% better in a few days. I have been back three times since and I still have a lot of pain - changing dentists!
