We have had a great experience with Dr. Wood and his entire staff. They have all been so nice and friendly and understanding ever since my son's first consultation. Scheduling appointments has always been easy and the wait times very short each time we have come. My daughter is going to need braces soon and there is no other doctor and staff we would trust more. I highly recommend them!

Both of my kids have gotten braces with Dr. Wood and I have been very pleased with their service and staff. When I went for the first consultation with Dr. Wood, I did not want to go through phase 1 and 2 like some of the other orthodontists suggested. Dr. Wood suggested that we wait about a year to let some of her baby teeth fall out and then put the braces on so she wouldn't have to wear them so long. His approach was very practical and made the best sense. His staff have always been very courteous and helpful with billing and scheduling appointments.

Tri-Cities Orthodontic Specialists have been very easy to work with. All staff are friendly and helpful with any questions that I may have. We have enjoyed our experience with your office. My child's smile is looking fantastic!

Just wanted to let you all know how much we love this office. I have taken my daughter to 4 ortho offices over the past little bit trying to decide which office we would end up using. Of course we decided to use the Bristol office and they have been nothing but absolutely wonderful to all of us. I have told several people this is where you need to get braces for your kids. Super Super AWESOME place and staff!!!!!
