Thanks to Dr. Parvin and her awesome staff for making what could have been a very scary visit for my four year old a fun visit! Soon as we pulled up in the parking lot, my daughter remembered there were toys in the waiting room to play with from her last visit. Once she got back to the exam room, the exam chairs with the TV screen above it made her relax. Dr. Parvin and her staff are great at working with young children, explaining every step along the way to ease any fears. Thank you again!

Best Dental Practice Ever! If you are looking for a new dentist in Chesapeake, VA, look no further. I visited Coastal Smile Design as a new patient for my initial exam and cleaning. I was greeted professionally when I walked in by Beth at the front desk. She guided me through the "filling out the forms" drill, which was totally easy thanks to their computer-based forms. Tracy is a great assistant, got me comfortable (massage chair!) and introduced me to my favorite part of the visit: a flatscreen Samsung just for me! I liked not having to stare at a bright light in my face the whole time. What a nice touch. Dr. Parvin is fantastic. Professional, great attention to detail with regard to patient needs and kept me informed every step of the way. The icing on the cake was a free take-home whitening kit for new customers. Smart marketing! The TV, massage chair, and bottled water are small touches that made a huge impression on me, but the friendly, professional team there is what will keep me coming back.

Loved visiting Coastal Smile Design. I would say that I have fairly extreme dental anxiety; so much so that I've avoided the dentist for YEARS!! Dr. Parvin and her staff treated me very kindly. She listened and responded to my concerns. She seems very knowledgeable about dentistry. She had several recommendations for things I could do to make me less anxious. She didn't chastise me for waiting so long to come to the dentist. Her staff was very friendly. And her office is so modern. I feel like I'm in a boutique with all of the modern furniture and fixtures. It certainly isn't your regular old dentist office. I've never been to a dentist or doctor that had a Keurig coffee machine with lots of choices of flavors of coffee and creamer. I definitely will go to my next visit without any anxiety.

Everyone at Coastal Smile Design was very friendly. They make the experience as painless and quick as possible. The massage chairs and flat screens make the procedure a lot easier because it keeps your mind occupied on other things. I love it there and I am so glad that I chose them as my dentist.
