I never had any issues with anyone who works there. They have called me to reschedule a few times when things on their end change - but I have always been treated professionally. They were my only dentist for the 6 years I lived in the area.

I made an appointment for my mother here, and they treated her horribly. They got upset because she saw another dentist prior to this visit for a second opinion. They had horrible attitudes, and assumed her insurance had expired. They kept going on, and on on how she should go back to the previous dentist. They wouldn't even let her see a dentist and got the opinion of a receptionist high school drop out, and a "hygienist" that seems to hate her job. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HORRIBLE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL "DENTIST" OFFICE. I WILL TAKE OUT ANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY I HAVE HERE AND RECOMMEND THEM ELSE WERE, WERE THEY WILL BE TREATED RIGHT. SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP AND THEIR OFFICE DRAMA AND GO SOME WERE ELSE.

Pros: The office is clean, Dr. Hamblin knows sign language and is a nice lady. The dental assistants Noel and Jill are very friendly and truthful. Cons: The office manager, Kendra is a total bitch. She is very nosy, bossy, craves drama and always finds something bad to say about the patient behind their back. Amy the dental hygienist is not friendly and she talks down to her coworkers or at least to Alex. Renzo in the front office is also unfriendly. Dr. Hamblin does not treat her employees equally.
