I have trouble getting my VISA Credit card, which has a "chip"to be accepted by your recently installed credit card "readers at the "check out" stations.The card issuer tells me that the card is "OK". We shop several times a week @ your store & after trying to use the card chip reader & getting feed back that "card numbers do not match" we have to ask the check out person to enter the card info. manually. This works, but it delays our check out, & the shoppers behind us in the check out line.I suggest that you have the chip readers "checked out" to insure that they are working properly We use the card @ other locations without a problem.
