We were overcharged for our copay they charged as a specialist which after talking with our insurance company that confirmed we were over charged and the lady at med express continued to argue with us. We have never paid that price before with them. And the doctor just kind of laughed at husbands problem/sickness and he woke up even worse today than yesterday. I wouldnt waste my time going here. there is an urgent care at towers mall that is super kind and a lot better to deal with.

I was pretty bummed that I was charged the higher "specialist" copay here. I won't go back for that reason, but it was really quick and the doctor was helpful.
