Very impressed with Dodson and Trudeau Endodontics. They lost points when I showed up and they didn't have me on their schedule (their mistake, we later confirmed), and billing/scheduling personnel were not overly helpful (as seems to be typical of those roles), but they squeezed me into the schedule. Dr. Trudeau and the assistant (?), Aly, who helped me were excellent. I love dealing with smart, friendly people--all too rare these days. Practice is new, immaculate and utilizes cutting edge technology. I liked the transparency of seeing the charting on the monitor next to me, and they took some 3D x-ray images (cone beam) and were generous with their time going over them with me, and responding to my many questions. I'm glad Dr. Bradshaw's office referred me there.

This is the worst dental clinic I ever been in. Before they even see me in person (and what was my problem) they come up with the price of a treatment ON THE PHONE? I was treated like I was a piece of garbage, no respect or interest on my problem what so ever. Mr. Dodson (that thinks that a D.M.D. degree is better than a D.D.S. degree) should learn how to listen to his patients instead of thinking that he is the "Supra-Sumo" of dental knowledge. I ended up going to another place because this service is only based in one thing...making money and fast. They should know that the first impressions are the ones that count the most, and a bad impression is not good for business.

Excellent service and incredible surroundings. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Start with laptop registration and wait in the massage chair to be called. The equipment was top of the line and the staff was kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
