This is the only general practice location in Warrenton that is an owner operated single physician clinic. Although some may find it odd, I use Dr. Bourgeouis as my primary care physician. I like having a doctor who knows my name and medical history without constantly asking me the same questions. Since I only go to the doctor twice a year or so I found the other practices in Warrenton scheduling me with a different doctor every visit. Although they were all nice and knowledgeable, I prefer a more personal doctor. In reading the other reviews I am surprised that some have been over charged, I would tend to believe that this is more of fault with insurance than the office. Any insurance EOB I have ever received shows the bill to be 60% more than the 'allowed' amount with the insurance. Hospital bills being the most dramatic differences. This office also has a very reasonable out-of-pocket rate for those who do not have insurance. We shopped around when my husband was ill and had no insurance (before we got married), and found this office to have the most reasonable flat rate.

One of the absolute WORST medical experiences of our lives. My wife had been feeling nauseous for several days. We went to the clinic where Dr. Bourgeois attended my wife for no more than 25 minutes, prescribing her a simple medication. When the bill came several weeks later we astonished to find it was for $193. We could have seen a specialist and paid less! We called our insurance company to contest the bill and found that the doctor had inflated the time he attended my wife, helping him pad the bill. When we called to talk about it he refused to speak with us on the phone. After several calls, his secretary said he would reduce our bill by a token of $20 dollars - a clear admittance he knew he had overcharged. The doctor's obvious greed and arrogance were revelations to people unaccustomed to medical extortion. DO NOT see this doctor or go to this clinic if at all possible.

I had a horrible cough and congestion and found this Urgent Care online. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was impressed at how friendly the staff was and how quick I was in and out. This will definitely be my choice when my kids or myself needs medical care!

My father-in-law was ill and rather then going to the ER and waiting for hours my husband brought him to Warrenton Urgent Care. The nurse was taking him to the bathroom when the doctor stopped him in the bathroom and asked a few questions, took his pulse and told my husband he belonged at the ER. My husband thanked him and took him to the ER. We would have thought it was great EXCEPT my father inlaw got a bill for almost $200!!!!! For asking a couple questions in the bathroom??? How can you charge for a doctor visit when you didn't even examine him? We'll be contacting medicare!!

Absolute great service. Almost no wait to be seen. Very professional. Staff extremely kind and efficient. Dr. Bourgeois was amazing and very attentative to my problems. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family. Thank you Warrenton Urgent Care!!!
